Foreigner Jobs Philippines

I see there have often been searches here on PhilFAQS, the blog that attempts to answer the frequently asked questions (FAQS) about the Philippines regarding US Department of State jobs in the Philippines.

Here’s some information the US State Department just sent and asked me to pass on (US Citizens on are eligible)

Having worked hand in hand with the US State Department for years I can tell you these are great jobs … well worth taking a test for.  Best of luck to those who decide to take a shot.

  1. How do I find jobs here? I’m really in need of a job and I think this is a great site to look for one. Please assist me.

Hate to tell you this, Michael, but millions of other people are searching for jobs too. “needing” a job doesn’t translate into finding one. Have you read any of the articles here on jobs, and alternatives to jobs? I’d suggest doing that for a start, because I don’t have jobs here, am not looking for jobs here, and belive that there are much better alternatives in the year 2020 to earn a living than having a conventional job.

In particular, though, what would you be qualified to do and how would you help an employer earn money? No one hires anyone just to ‘give them a job’ … why would you be worth a salary to a prospective employer?
